Beautiful Finishes...

I changed the closing system of my cushions because a cushion is not only a printed face, it is also a sewing job.
A pretty button covered in white linen from the back of the cushion, an organic cotton taffeta ribbon and a beautiful colored linen trim in harmony with the animal pattern .

It is the linen , the delicacy and the very " deco " side of this material that inspired me this finish. I wanted to bring a little complement to my animal drawings to give my cushions, your cushions, a couture spirit that you will not find elsewhere. Indeed I am not only an animal painter , I deeply love decoration , in 2020 with the confinement I was able to work linen differently. Two new professional sewing machines have joined the workshop and allow me to achieve neat and more decorative finishes.

On the advice of my milliner friend Caroline Coutan, I called on a craftswoman to cover the buttons in linen, this very beautiful ecru linen which makes the back of my cushions.
I am more and more convinced of collaborations between creators and I look forward to soon presenting to you the work that we have created with Caroline, but also Anne Sophie and Hélène and Florian... Animals everywhere!
