European Heritage Days at the Château de Chambord

What a pleasure to showcase my profession in such a prestigious setting as the Château de Chambord, with around twenty artisans we had this pleasure.

Thanks to the Chamber of Trades and the Chambord estate for organizing this event so well.
Friday was a wonderful day of sharing and meeting with schoolchildren; passing on our passion to them was a real privilege.

For the second consecutive year, Chambord will host a Salon des Métiers d'Art bringing together around twenty artisans and art restorers from the Centre-Val de Loire region. Cabinetmaker, stonemason, wood turner, leatherworker, dressmaker, stained glass artist, typographer, gilder or even floral designer: the salon will showcase all materials, all techniques, all passions.

As in 2023, the show will be reserved for schoolchildren on Fridays in order to encourage the discovery of professions and know-how for the youngest. Students from kindergarten to high school will be welcomed free of charge to meet professionals and enjoy numerous activities.

As part of the 41st edition of the European Heritage Days, the Domaine national de Chambord is organizing, in partnership with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Centre-Val de Loire region, a Salon des Métiers d'Art.
Twenty-one professionals from the Centre-Val de Loire region will showcase their exceptional expertise in a wide variety of fields: furniture and decoration, catering, fashion and accessories, textiles, glass, wood and architecture.
