The 2 Workshops of Chante l'Indrois
Joy to open our two workshops in this pretty village of Chedigny .
Combining private and professional life in the heart of this small village house is a great challenge for both of us. Pens and graphics, wood and linen, in our small workshop shop, we are very happy with this joyful mix.
How will we organize our opening days? In a completely random way!!! Our schedules are like us free and a little crazy... our workshop shop is rather open from Thursday to Sunday... but not always, we will never be far away...

Chédigny village garden, the first village in France to be classified as a Remarkable Garden, is located in Touraine near the Châteaux of the Loire.
In the village of Chédigny, climbing roses climb the facades of houses. The sidewalks have given way to flowerbeds of shrub roses mixed with perennials, shrubs and other grasses.
Originally, the town wanted to make the village more attractive, more aesthetic. Indeed, the central street had become a road with its share of parked trucks and cars. Taking advantage of the plan to bury the networks, the mayor had the sidewalks removed, they were planted with shrubs, bulbs, perennials, grasses and especially rose bushes. Over the years, each street serving the town was in turn planted.
To date, there are nearly 1,000 rose bushes, the vast majority of which are old rose bushes. Several hundred shrubs and thousands of perennials. Every spring, 1,500 bulbs flower. Every year, around thirty rose bushes are planted and new flower beds are created. No weedkiller has been used for 5 years, and garden fauna is present (robins, swallows, etc.).
